We combine the newest science with what we know to work through years of experience and what we see work with tennis athletes. There is no magic formula and there are no perfect routines for the tennis athletes. For us there are no short cuts and there is no substitute for hard work. Our goal is to build a strong fitness foundation for the young tennis player and ultimately make he/she a better athlete.
In order for many of the new conditioning movements and routines to be effective and worthwhile for the tennis athlete they must be done correctly. We will teach the kids how to move properly on the court. Our training emphasizes the five bio-motor skills: speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
We take conditioning the tennis athlete very seriously. Our workouts reflect this attitude.
