As facility manager, we would perform the tasks that are necessary in the operation of any club facility. Such tasks could include:
Day-to-Day Operation
tennis lessons and team coaching
tennis programming (junior and adult clinics, Round Robins, camps and challenge ladders)
adult tennis social events

identifying and organizing those tennis programs best-suited to the facility
Personnel Employment
assign a Tennis Director
maintain office/court hours
ensure tennis pro availability
Maintaining Courts & Resurfacing as Necessary
court maintenance and court equipment maintenance
recommend court improvements (landscaping, court equipment, court resurfacing and other tennis facility related concerns) View maintenance/resurfacing pictures
upon approval, procure court equipment
Management of the Pro Shop
provide retail tennis sales with a fully stocked pro shop
provide racquet stringing
develop and maintain court reservation system
Observe and Enforce Community Tennis Rules
Organize and Conduct Quarterly Team Captains’ Meetings
